Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals who are residents of Australia, and are 18 years or older] at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Charged Offroad are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 29th August 2025 at 8:30am AEST and ends on 31st August 2025 at 4pm AEST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must enter their details in the giveaway form here and follow @charged_offroad on Instagram. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Prize
The prize for the giveaway is a Charged Offroad branded merchandise and includes 1x COR Logo Hoodie, 1x COR Logo T-Shirt, 1x COR Logo Trucker Cap, 1x Stubby Cooler, 1x Windscreen Decal Sticker, 1x Large Sticker, 1x Small Sticker, 1x Air Freshener and 1x Keychain valued at $207. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with any other item. The winner will be contacted for their size preference in apparel items.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on 1st September 2025 at 9am. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants grant Charged Offroad the right to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials, without further compensation or approval.

7. General Conditions

• This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Charged Offroad reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the control of Charged Offroad corrupts the administration, security, or proper operation of the giveaway.

• Any attempt to interfere with the integrity of the giveaway or to tamper with the entry process will result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Charged Offroad, its affiliates, and its employees from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of NSW, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
